Time limit
For ordinary goods bought by a consumer at a distance, withdrawal is generally possible within 14 days of receipt. Sending the notice by the last day is sufficient.
1. Where to send the notice
Elektropohony spol. s r. o., Ružová 653/17, 067 83 Kamenica nad Cirochou, Slovakia; koval@elektropohonyslovakia.sk.
2. Preparing the notice
The form below prepares a draft in your email application. Withdrawal is sent only after you confirm sending in the email application.
3. Returning goods
Unless the seller offers collection, the consumer must send or hand over goods within 14 days of withdrawal. The consumer bears direct return costs unless the seller expressly agrees to bear them. Pack goods to avoid damage. The original packaging is not generally a condition of a valid withdrawal.
4. Refund
The seller refunds payments within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered. Any extra cost of a more expensive delivery option is not refunded. For goods, the seller may wait until receiving them or proof of dispatch.
5. Diminished value
The consumer is responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Installation, wiring, configuration or operation of industrial equipment beyond reasonable testing may reduce value but does not automatically extinguish the right.
6. Statutory exceptions
Exceptions include goods genuinely made to a consumer’s individual specifications or clearly customised. A standard catalogue component ordered from a supplier because it was not in stock is not automatically customised.
