Current operation
Most products show both the net price and the price including 23% Slovak VAT. Estimated dispatch is 1–2 working days, or up to 8 working days for goods from an external warehouse. The exact delivery time and shipping price are confirmed in the individual quotation. Products marked “Price on request” receive an individually confirmed product price too.
Payment
Payment is generally by bank transfer under a pro forma invoice, invoice or the quotation. Another payment method requires express agreement. The website has no payment gateway and does not store card information.
Shipping
Delivery by carrier or courier depends on the shipment’s size, weight and value. Collection in person can be agreed. The exact shipping price and delivery time are stated in the quotation before the contract is concluded.
International delivery
Delivery outside Slovakia is possible by individual agreement. Shipping costs, delivery terms and any applicable tax treatment are agreed before the contract is concluded.
